निर्वाचन आयोग ने हाईकोर्ट के निर्णय से प्रभावित पंचायतों का चुनाव चौथे चरण में करवाने की घोषणा कुछ दिन पूर्व की थी। हाईकोर्ट के आदेश पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट के स्थगनादेश से असमंजस की स्थिति बनने के बाद आयोग ने निर्देश जारी किए हैं कि चौथे चरण के चुनाव कार्यक्रम की जिला स्तर पर लोक सूचना जारी नहीं की जाए। इस पर आयोग आगामी दिनों में नए आदेश जारी करेगा। गुरुवार सुबह आयोग ने निर्देश जारी किए थे जो पंचायत समितियों हाईकोर्ट के आदेश व सुप्रीम कोर्ट के स्थगनादेश से प्रभावित हो रही हैं, वहां अगर किसी सरपंच व पंच का निर्विरोध निर्वाचन हो जाता है तो उसका परिणाम घोषित नहीं किया जाए। न ही निर्वाचन सरपंच व पंच को निर्वाचन प्रमाण पत्र दिया जाए।

Panchayati Raj Elections Rajasthan – 1st, 2nd, 3rd Phase Election
In the first phase, 36047 punch will be selected in 3691 panchayats. The notification will be issued on 7th January. Nominations will be held from 10.30 am to 4.30 pm on January 8.
