In a period of one month, the Committee could not even study the transfer policy of most of the States. It was then believed that if timely transfer policy was made, future transfers would be based on this policy. In February-March, the case had moved forward that the draft preparation work in the Corona epidemic was stuck in the middle. Now, it is likely to take more time to draft the policy.
Therefore, the time will take: the draft is yet to be prepared. When the draft is ready, objections will be sought by making the draft public after churning. A time of 15 days to 30 days can be given for depositing objections. After objections, the revised draft will be issued as and when required in accordance with objections.
